A competitive match that saw some moments of quality not least an early goal of the season contender. The first half ended with the teams at 2-2. The start of the second half was all PPFC as we dominated the early exchanges and were unlucky not to take the lead. We eventually lost out to a strong team, but overall there were a number of positives to take from the match.
Goal scorer: Akin 2.

A hard fought match, the red’s passing didn’t reach the levels of their last match. But they battled against a good team and scored some great goals. Especially Jack who created and finished the first goal, a wonderful team goal. Ibrahim played his best game, with strong performances from all the other players.

The first half performance was the strongest yet by the under 10s, despite the final score they played football of a very high level. Although we conceded a goal we went into half time 2-1 after a great team goal involving Seamus, Eddie and Isaac followed by a second, a great finish by Eddie. Although SS Academy got an equaliser the Red team had a number of clear chances to win, a draw was much less than they deserved.
Goalscorers: Isaac 1, Eddie 1
